From part number to delivered crate
Every engagement follows the same documented pipeline: identification, quotation, payment, sourcing and delivery, with the supplier warranty coordinated by Daichi afterwards.
- 1
Quotation
You confirm part numbers, ports and mounting. We issue a consolidated proforma with a DHM-PI quote reference, valid for 14 days.
- 2
Payment
100% advance payment by bank transfer upon written acceptance. The Naira equivalent is confirmed in writing before you transfer.
- 3
Sourcing and freight
Procurement begins after cleared funds and final supplier confirmation. Parts ship by air to Lagos with supporting documentation.
- 4
Delivery
Onward domestic delivery to your site, typically 4 to 6 weeks from cleared payment, subject to supplier availability and logistics.
Every quotation carries a DHM-PI reference (for example DHM-PI-2026-0820-01). Use it on your transfer and in all correspondence so your order is traceable end to end.

- The Naira equivalent of the USD total is confirmed in writing on the payment date.
- Procurement begins only after cleared funds and final supplier availability confirmation.
- Prices include parts, export handling, international freight and delivery. Nigerian duties or levies, if assessed, are for the buyer's account.
Fitment confirmation
The buyer or installer must verify all dimensions, threads, ports, mounting points and system configuration before procurement. We supply full technical identification sheets to make that verification straightforward, and we do not release orders until fitment is confirmed in writing.
